InjectablesInjectables & Biostimulators
Biostimulating injections that work with your body's own healing response — deeply hydrating, plumping, and rebuilding healthy collagen from the inside out.
Collagen (Biostimulating) InjectionsRebuild from the inside out.
At DEPTHbyDanielle, we use biostimulating injections to naturally restore volume to areas of the face and body. These injections work together with the body's healing response to deeply hydrate and plump the skin, promoting natural growth factors to rebuild healthy collagen structures and restore the skin from the inside out.
Sculptra®A collagen biostimulator, done right.
Sculptra® is a collagen biostimulator used to improve the appearance of lax or sagging skin. Other injectables can weaken facial muscles or fill in empty space; Sculptra works differently by facilitating the growth of healthy collagen structures to restore volume and youthfulness naturally. Sculptra injections work slowly and progressively, making the final results more subtle and long-lasting.

PRP / PRF InjectionsYour body's own growth factors, put to work.
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) injections restore and revitalize the skin through natural growth factors. Drawn from your own blood sample, PRP/PRF contains your body's own stem cells and growth factors — essential for healing and regeneration — and can be used in several ways depending on your goals.
Three ways we use PRP/PRF
Because it's derived from your own blood, PRP/PRF adapts to a range of treatments — from skin infusion to hair restoration to enhancing filler results.
-
PRP/PRF can be used like a serum and strategically microneedled into the skin to infuse it with natural growth factors. Benefits include reduced healing time and a direct boost of collagen stimulators into the skin.
-
Patients experiencing hair thinning or hair loss can benefit from PRP/PRF hair restoration. Those in the early stages of hair loss tend to see the most significant benefits. PRP/PRF is injected into the scalp to reverse the depreciation of hair follicles, resulting in thicker, longer, and healthier hair strands.
-
PRF can be combined with dermal fillers to improve facial volume. Adding PRF to dermal filler injections creates smoother, more natural results in areas with thinning skin. Most patients are candidates for this combination treatment, with results generally noticed six weeks post-treatment.
Dermal FillersVolume restoration.
The natural aging process makes our skin more susceptible to wrinkles and fine lines caused by muscle movement and sun damage. Hyaluronic acid injections — made from a naturally occurring, moisture-binding substance found in the human body — are used to restore facial contours and improve multiple signs of aging, and can soften wrinkles or raise depressions left by scars.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Fillers are made of hyaluronic acid, a substance found naturally in the body, and are used to eliminate wrinkles, add volume and hydration to the lips, and replace volume loss.
-
HA fillers are typically soft and gel-like, which helps keep skin plump and hydrated when injected. Results are not permanent, lasting 6 to 12 months before the body gradually and naturally absorbs the particles
-
During your initial appointment, we'll discuss the appropriate treatment for you. If you're a candidate, the injection may take place the same day. The area is cleaned and you may be given a topical anesthetic to numb the area before injection for added comfort. Your provider will inject a precise amount of filler methodically under the skin — most patients report it feels like a pinch or slight burning sensation.
-
Results are typically visible immediately after receiving injections.
-
Results vary but may last anywhere from 6–18 months, depending on the area treated. Injections in the lips will last less time than those in the nasolabial folds. Longevity depends on the product, the area of treatment, and the patient — certain hyaluronic fillers, such as Voluma, are formulated to last longer but are limited to the cheeks.
-
Swelling and mild bruising can occur for up to one week, depending on your body's response to treatment and the number of doses injected. You may resume regular activities after treatment, but should avoid exercise for 24 hours. Give yourself two weeks before any event or vacation.
-
Since fillers are a temporary solution, you will need additional treatments over time. We'll discuss a recommended schedule during your initial appointment.
